The Medicus Powermax is more for strength traning, whereas the Leadbetter SwingSetter is built more for tempo traning (The regular Medicus is also built for working on tempo).



Overall, I would recommend the Leadbetter product because you can see the angle of the club face at the top of your swing, work on tempo and the more technical aspects of your swing.



If you want strength, you can just hit the gym or do bodyweight exercises rather than purchasing the Medicus Powermax.
