I'm looking for a cheap wedge for my beginner set (5-PW) and need a sand wedge. I was on globalgolf.com and they have used wedges for $9.99. Out of the ones listed in the link, which one would you recommend (if any)?

Thanks!

Don't buy any of them, a wedge needs to be in good condition, even if you are a begginer, if you have aspirations of continuing to play then spend some money on a good wedge that can last you a long time, wedges have the same shafts so when you improve and start hitting it harder there will be no need to change it. Short game is key and a good wedge can really help.

You can find cleveland wedges really cheap sometimes, not 9.99, but I've seen some for 70 dolllars. Out of the link go with the mizuno the taylormade or even the wilson.

these will be my choice

- Cleveland CG10 or 12 Black Pearl Wedge

- Taylor Made Z TP Wedge

- Titleist Vokey Spin Milled Oil Can Wedge (a little heavier)

But i will advise you to check on the grooves before buying the wedge.

Some of the used wedges are too worn out.

if you want one of the 9.99 wedges go with the wilsons. you would be better off buying the cleveland 588's for 19.99. However rockbottomgolf.com has the three wedge adams set for like 49.99 new right now, that would be a way better deal.
