Hey guys so I am getting some new clubs and I just looked at some new irons today, the Callaway Big Bertha 08 irons and the Nike Sumo irons 08 also.. which is the better choice..because they are both $599 and I want to make sure I am choosing the right ones.

You might consider.

CALLAWAY GOLF CLUBS X-20 X20 IRONS 4-PW STEEL MENS (regular flex)

Awarded 2007 Golf Digest's Editor's Choice Award in game-improvement iron category

360* undercut channel moves the weight deeper and lower into the clubhead, thereby increasing MOI for a more stable clubhead at impact.

Extreme Notch Weighting moves the weight further into the perimeter for additional forgiveness.

2H2 and TruBore further improves feel and control

The Callaways are designed to be more forgiving, and likely produce a higher ball flight. However, the better ones for you are the ones you hit better. Confidence is everything.

both are excellent clubs and @ a pretty good price for either of them. But personally I will choose the 06 model BIG BERTHA'S. I think they feel alot better and they are a little cheaper. But again that is my opinion...but good luck on your decision....another thing try the clubs before comitting to them....

whatever you get, i suggest you get them custom fit. yesterday i was using a club fit for a man my same build. i gained 50 yards with my 4 iron, and drove the green on a 250yd par 4.
