Golf Club Complete Sets - Which Is Better ??????? Please Help!?

Question

I'm an advanced golfer; Not Great but I've been golfing for about 4 years. Which set of clubs would you recommend to buy. I'm willing to spend $300 max.
Could you recommend a complete set or tell me a little about the clubs I'm thinking about getting and which one you think is the best.

I'd stick with the top tier club makers and try to pick up last year's model which usually saves a lot of $$. Try finding something from TaylorMade, Nike, Titleist, Calaway, Ping, etc.

I'd probably just buy this set and save myself some money. These are equally as good as any of the other sets mentioned. Confidence Golf equipment use to be played on the PGA Tour in the 70's. Supposedly Al Geiberger shot his 59 using Confidence Golf clubs, or so I've been told anyway.

I dnt know about complete sets but I no at ***** sporting goods u can get a set off Nike irons for 199 callaway for 299 taylormade for 199 and Adams irons which include hybrids....not to mention that dick's sporting goods measure u when buying irons to fit u for free....go into a store and tell the golf salesman ur budget and he we show u all the clubs.....I no all this because I've been looking at clubs this week to and dick's by far helped me out the most....hope this helps they helped me out a lot and was just gona pass it on...good luck man
