As Dan mentioned there are several models of the R-7. I have demoed both of them, although I currently play Cleveland drivers. The Burner was definitely a little longer, but the R-7 had more forgiveness on mishits.

If possible I would strongly recommend that you hit the clubs before you buy. If you don't have the chance, unless you are a very skilled golfer, the R-7 will probably give you more shots in the fairway with acceptable distance.

There are at least 5 different models of R7 drivers. Which one?

Regardless. The best driver is the one which puts you consistently in the best position to shoot your lowest score. That is to say is can be a Taylormade or a Callaway, or it can be a cheap Wal-Mart knock off. As long as it puts you in the middle of the fairway with reasonable distance then it's all good.

Different drivers are different for every golfer. So to get the 'best' driver for you, you need to go and try them all out to see which one performs best for you.
