reason being 1. Tiger Woods is one of the best golfers in history and i think he's on his way back to greatness. He has Ryder cup experience, he's a team player and has won the most trophies from both teams.
2. Bubba Watson is one of the best America golfers going, he's recently won a world Open
10. Steve Stricker has won an open
8 Phil Mickelson is the best player in the ryder cup behind Tiger

not sure if the Ryder Cup is 10 picks or 12, If Jim Furyk and Rickie Fowler, get in that's more experience for USA, plus USA is on thei home turf.

Europe has a couple of inexperienced rookies on the team
Nicolas Colsaerts
Peter Hanson
Martin Kaymar
Paul Lawrie

Europe has the weaker players, even though they have the likes of Lee Westwood, Rory Mcillroy, Graeme McDowell, Sergio Garcia, Ian Poulter, Luke Donald on the team, If you world ranked the teams, it's Europe that has four of five players in the world top 20.

got a feeling this ones USA'S to lose

i don't really agree with your assumptions about Europe having worst players,BUT even if they did i think the European spirit is worth several points as American players are very insular and are'nt great team players.most of the Americans have been scarred by big losses against Europe...yes ,even Tiger and Phil.

At this point I don't see a favourite. The US is on home soil but the they've won the Ryder Cup TWICE since 1994 (losses in 1995, 1997, 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2010).

Woods was on five of those teams, and his record in fourballs and foursomes is mediocre at best (his record in singles is good).

Watson may well have a game suited for match play. As with the matches as a whole it will come down to putting.

Stricker has never won a major.

Mickelson has a mediocre Ryder Cup record and has been in dismal form of late.

Lawrie is not a rookie nor is Kaymer nor Hansen. Colsaerts is the only rookie and his game is comparable to that of Watson. You have Garcia on the team (his Ryder Cup record is outstanding) who will no doubt be motivated with Olazabal as captain.

They said the same thing (US highly favoured) in 2004...the Yanks got blown out. Badly. Comes down to how well Davis Love sets up the pairings.

Tiger has always sucked at the Ryder Cup! Europe has the stronger team even with their rookies. But, I will still root for the US.

I guess you they'll, it would desire to be unpredicted like the Sub 17 in 2005. people who're asserting that Brazil, Argentina and stuff, ignore that there good gamers are older, and can desire to retire and Mexico might desire to benefit capacity. The Sub-20 for mexico I say definite. the genuine international Cup, we could wish for greatness interior the extra youthful gamers.
